our first ever Gluten Free Expo!
The Expo will feature:
• Products from over 85 vendors to sample and purchase
• Expected attendance: 1,000 people
• Free Workshops include:
1. Traveling and Eating Out Panel
2. Eating Well Gluten Free Cooking Demo
3. Newly Diagnosed Workshop
4. Gluten Free Nutrition Workshop
5. Families Living Gluten Free Panel
6. Basic Baking Gluten Free Cooking Demo

Take I-95 (Route 128) to Exit 15B to Route 1 south to Norwood. Travel 4.5 miles. Hotel is on the right.
Workshops:
Workshops are free and will run thoughout the day.
Attendance at workshops will be on a first come, first served basis.
Workshop times: 10:30-11:30 • 12:00-1:00 • 2:00-3:00
Early bird registration:
(Payment received, online or by check, by Sept. 1)
$10 for Healthy Villi members,
$20 for non-members
$5 for children under 12
Registration after September 1st:
$20 for Healthy Villi members
$30 for non-members
$5 for children under 12
