Still gimped. My hand's a lot better, but I still have the splint on and it still hurts when I try to pretend it doesn't, and just use the hand anyway. This would have been easy enough to do even with my current challenges, except I might have needed someone's help slicing the pitas into wedges. That's also probably the most time-consuming part - the rest is just whizzing things together in the food processor and baking the pita chips in the oven.
Here's the recipe - it's great for when you have people over, or uh... when you don't.
The dip is also awesome in a grilled cheese, I happen to know from experience.
