Quick & Cheap Juicing: Watermelon Juice

Quick & Cheap Juicing: Watermelon Juice

I bought a personal size watermelon for $3.50. I cut the watermelon in half, scooped all the meat from one half, and then put it through my NutriBullet. I then strained the juice from the pulp. Served in two wine glasses (because I am fancy). Save the second half for later.

What you need:

1. Watermelon
2. Blender/NutriBullet/Whatever
3. Strainer (with small holes)
4. Bowl (to strain the juice in)
5. Glass (to pour juice from bowl in, unless you want to drink from the bowl)

TWO GLASSES OF WATERMELON JUICE: $1.75
ONE GLASS OF WATERMELON JUICE: $0.88

It's sweet, refreshing, and just a quick pick me up for morning sluggishness. Now for my ten minute morning walk to wake up the blood.
