This weekend ended in the best way possible ...breakfast.

Fried Eggs with Corned Beef Hash, Homemade Potatoes, Toast & Raspberry Jam

I spent the night with DAve Crespo's After Party at The Middle East Downstairs. I cannot help but love everyone in this band and the venue. DCAP... adorable hotties. Middle East Downstairs... awesome music scene. After a night of partying, I needed breakfast. I craved eggs and corned beef hash. Miracle shown its light on me today by providing the desires of the morning after. I whipped up a badass breakfast and branded this weekend as one of my favorites of SUMMER 2012.
