BALLS BALLS BALLS BALLS

No deep thoughts this week. Just a recipe for Potato Balls in Spicy Tomato Sauce in which I say "balls" about 15 million times. Some days I'm philosophical, some days I'm a 12-year-old boy.


By the way, this is delicious - caramelized onions should be friends with mashed potatoes, and the sauce is spicy and smoky and the leftovers are great on bagel pizzas!
