Homemade Panini with Chicken Tenders

This is a sandwich that was made at home and tasted so much better than fast food. You can switch up any of the ingredients. So tasty! Highly recommended. An orgasm for the mouth.

Ingredients:

Two Slices of Tuscan Pane Bread from Trader Joe's
Three Chicken Tenders (heated in microwave according to directions)
One Thinly Slice of Onion, Halved
Two Slices of American Cheese
5-8 Jalapeno Slices, Chopped
2 Tablespoons of Ketchup
2 Tablespoons of Mayo
1 Tablespoon of Ground Fresh Chili Paste

Method:

Put one tablespoon of ketchup & mayo on one slice, then repeat for second slice.
Add the chili paste to one slice and start layering on this slice.
First layer the onions.
Then the chicken tenders.
Then the chopped jalapenos.
Then the cheese.
Finally, top with the other slice of bread.

Put in a warm panini press until cheese is melted and the bread is toasted. You can also use a grill pan, toaster oven, or the broiler. Keep an eye on the sandwich, making sure it does not burn.
