Pasta with Roasted Garlic Sauce: garlic, garlic, garlic!

First of all, I must apologize yet again for not going to a MassBytes event.  Fellow bloggers, you did not see me at your MassBytes Thanksgiving, because two days later I had a work Thanksgiving to go to (and of course 4 days after that is the regular kind of Thanksgiving).  There is only so much gorging oneself than one person can do in a week!  But I know I'll make it to an event one of these days.

Can I make it up to you by offering you the recipe for Pasta with Roasted Garlic Sauce?  There is just a ton of garlic in this sauce and it's fantastic.  There are three heads of roasted garlic in it, as well as a couple of cloves of garlic that don't get roasted.  It isn't overwhelming since you're going to mash up the roasted garlic, as you do, and stir that delicious paste into the sauce, so it's sort of distributed rather than having chunks you'll bite into.  Well, unless you aren't particularly vigorous with the mashing of it.

It also has a lemony panko crust, and you don't even have to bake it, which is pretty remarkable.  It's fantastically delicious, so go forth and make this Pasta with Roasted Garlic Sauce right now!
