Affordable California Cabernet with Balance and Structure

Part of my very stressful job is to taste wine daily. When tasting, I am always in search of wines which possess both balance and structure, regardless of the cost. To elaborate, structure in wine is when a wine shows a combination of fruit, acidity, and in red wine, tannins. Balance is when all these elements are equally and evenly represented. When recently presented with the 2007 Ramsay Cabernet Sauvignon North Coast, I immediately recognized the structure, which this relatively inexpensive wine exuded while still clearly displaying a classic California fruit profile. In my opinion, this is a great everyday wine value. Availability is limited
