W.O. Hesperus Co. - First, it is sweet. Then, the heat kicks in. I find the sweetness prepares you for the heat, cutting it down a bit. On the company's website, it scales it a 7 out of 10. I am not sure if it's that spicy, but the flavor is absolutely delicious. I could sample the bottle all day.
