Clean the potatoes by
running them under water and scrubbing them with a vegetable brush or
your hands; place them on a towel to help get rid of the excess water.
Pierce the potatoes with a fork; couple pierces on each side will do.
Transfer the potatoes on to a baking sheet.
Rub a little olive oil around each potato.
Sprinkle course salt around each potato.
Place the baking sheet in the oven for 45 minutes. Flipping the potatoes once halfway through cooking time.
